Intro to Film is an introductory class to the film industry. All basics will be covered including roles on set, different departments in the film industry, the life of a film from start to finish, basics on camera and lighting, and more!
Alexandra Komara has over 10 years of experience working in the film industry as an actor, director, producer, assistant director, production assistant, and everything in between. She spent 6 years in Los Angeles working among MFA Film Students at USC (#1 Film School) until taking that leap to work professionally for television shows, movies, shorts, music videos, and more! She is excited to share her real-world experience!
Alexandra is also the President & CEO of Space Swap and has used techniques learned from her previous career to run the “show” at Space Swap!
Theo Devlin is from Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. He started by creating video content for fashion magazines and later became enthralled with film. He studied design and production at UF where Theo graduated with his bachelors in Digital Arts and Sciences.
Fun facts about Theo: Favorite color is green, speaks French and Russian, enjoys skating, surfing, and snowboarding!
